We all start with excited towards a new goal and for most of us, we soon after lose momentum and goals become a chore and we stop. This is all normal because we only rely on our emotions to keep us accountable, encouraged and inline with our goals. However as soon as emotions change and no one is there to encourage you, you loose momentum quickly feeling bad and disappointed. This is all normal, however my goal is to do my best and try to encourage, motivate and remind you of your goal until it's completed. I won't be doing the work, a system and process I've develop will automatically do it for me, so don't feel bad about my time.
